Return and Refund Policy for Perishable Products

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.mamartfood.com operated by KHM Food Industries Sdn. Bhd.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must unopened and in its original condition. 

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. 

All refund payments may take 30 business days for a refund to show up on your account statement.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and ships within 7 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Agencies

All orders are shipped by mamart food agent only. mamart food does not appoint third party delivery agencies.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Wherever applicable, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.mamartfood.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

www.mamartfood.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.
